Our client, Ireland’s largest housing developer, is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team on a 12-month contract. The role involves working closely with the wider marketing team and third-party agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns, from pre-launch awareness through to the sales lifecycle, for all customers and developments.

Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team and agency partners in delivering campaigns and materials across ATL, BTL, and site-specific channels.
Manage sales presentations and ensure accurate, up-to-date content on property portals, websites, and other external platforms.
Oversee lead generation and reporting through the CRM, analysing enquiry trends and campaign impact.
Conduct competitor and industry research, sharing insights and recommendations.
Assist in planning and executing the annual marketing plan for all developments.
Coordinate internal communications and manage content creation for social media and internal platforms.
Prepare briefs for third parties and liaise with agency partners on campaign planning and bookings.
Work closely with sales operations to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral in line with sales plans.
Organise photography, video, and VR content; monitor live campaigns; and maintain brand compliance.
Manage asset filing, version control, and campaign calendars.
Key skills required:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in brand or marketing roles within the property or construction sectors.
Proven track record in developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns.
