They are now looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day tenant and landlord communications, responding promptly to enquiries in person, by phone, email, or social media.
- Schedule and coordinate property viewings, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate property records and update listings on websites, portals, and internal databases.
- Prepare tenancy agreements, handle RTB registrations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support the lettings team with general administration, correspondence, and office coordination.
Key skills required:
- 1+ years of experience within an administration role in the property sector (tenancy, lettings, sales or block).
