Office Manager – Blanchardstown – Residential Developer
Our client is a growing residential construction company working on housing projects across Dublin and the Midlands. As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for an Office Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help keep things running smoothly across the office and support different teams—including construction sites, suppliers, and senior management. Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring smooth operations and supporting a busy construction environment
- Act as the main point of contact between the office and on-site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external partners
- Handle general administration duties including filing, document control, correspondence, and maintaining project records
- Support the accounts function with processing invoices, purchase orders, and liaising with suppliers on payments and queries
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel and training where required
- Ensure health & safety documentation, insurance certificates, and compliance records are kept up to date
- Assist with HR administration such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new staff, and tracking training
- Order office and site supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained across projects
- Support tender submissions and pre-qualification documents when required
- Help improve office processes and systems to support business growth and efficiency
Key skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role within the civil or residential construction sector.
- Must be organised and hold a strong ability to multitask.
