Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team and handle client and solicitor enquiries
- Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and price lists for new home schemes
- Maintain and update internal systems, sales trackers, and property listings
- Oversee document management for new and second-hand properties
- Liaise with marketing to ensure property details are accurate and up to date
Key skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within property sales, lettings or management.
