- Prepare and submit mortgage applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.
- Stay updated on market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or similar role, with a strong track record of successful mortgage placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess clients’ financial situations.
- Full clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
