We are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join our clients team. Their commercial valuations department collaborates with a diverse client base, including major banks, non-bank senior debt lenders, alternative funders, developers, and private clients.

Responsibilities:
 

• Undertake valuations for various property sectors, including investment, development land, office, logistics, and retail, for secured lending, fund valuations, tax purposes, and Part V.
• Manage valuation instructions, including setting terms of engagement, conducting detailed property inspections, delivering high-quality projects on schedule, and handling fee collections.
• Contribute to the company’s database of commercial transactions for comparison purposes.
• Conduct financial valuation appraisals, including both investment and development appraisals.
• Manage regular client reporting across multiple assignments, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness of all reports and correspondence.
• Maintain and enhance commercial market sector knowledge, technical expertise, and insights to add value to client reporting.

 
Key skills required:
 

• Chartered member of the SCSI/RRICS with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience.
• Full clean drivers license and vehicle.
