Our client is one of the countries leading contractors who undertake large apartment developments for property developers and are hiring for the commercial team due to the award of several new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
• Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
• Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
