Our client is a leading developer in Ireland, due to recent growth & expansion, they are looking for a Finishing Foreman to join their Quality Control team.

Responsibilities:

• Keep building QA skills across the company to help staff grow and stay informed about quality processes, BCAR compliance, client needs, and best practices.
• Make sure all quality procedures are clearly documented and put into action on sites and in departments.
• Work well with other teams across the company and build good relationships with Site Teams, Project Managers, and Site Managers.
• Help keep reports and inspections updated on the company’s software, and regularly review and improve Quality Systems to meet customer and business needs.

  
Key skills needed:

• Trades background with relevant certification.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Full clean drivers license.
