Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between the project and key stakeholders, including local authorities, clients, and external partners
- Keep stakeholders and senior management updated on progress, including budget, site activity, compliance, and any potential risks
- Work with internal teams to plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and technical specifications
- Lead the technical side of residential bulk sales and funding deals, handling commercial discussions and working with legal teams
- Negotiate with third parties like utility companies, local councils, and community groups to make sure project needs are met
- Oversee planning permissions, manage planning conditions, and coordinate with design teams to ensure everything is ready for construction
Key skills required:
- Solid background in property development, construction management, or civil/structural engineering.
- Strong understanding of planning, design, construction methods, and all relevant permissions and regulations
- Well-versed in the Irish planning, development, and construction landscape
