The Company
Well established alternative lending firm with a broad client base who are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Partnerships Manager to build and grow their strategic relationships across the Irish SME ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new commercial partnerships across financial intermediaries, professional services firms, and industry associations.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of active partners, building strong, long-term relationships that drive high-quality SME referrals.
Key Skills Required
- Proven track record in a partnerships, business development, or relationship management role – ideally within financial services, fintech, or B2B.
- Experience working with or selling to SME audiences or through channel partners (e.g. brokers, accountants, advisors).
- Commercial outlook with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
