About the Role
We’re hiring a Mortgage Analyst to join the operations team. This is an ideal role for someone with experience in mortgage admin or financial services who wants to get hands-on with the full mortgage journey — from initial application through to drawdown.
Key Responsibilities
• Support mortgage advisors with document collection and application prep
• Liaise with clients and solicitors to keep applications moving
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with policies
• Update CRM systems and maintain application tracking
• Handle follow-ups, pipeline management, and general admin duties
Requirements
• 1+ years’ experience in mortgages, lending, or financial services admin
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• APA Loans or QFA (or working towards) is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
