- RTB registrations.
- Drafting lease agreements.
- Property inspections.
- Addressing maintenance issues for tenants
- Organising tenant move-ins and move-outs.
- Preparing properties for re-letting and coordinating with the Lettings Team.
Key skills required:
- Must hold PSRA License.
- Full clean drivers license & access to a vehicle.
