They are looking for a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties in Dublin. This role focuses on maintaining properties, managing tenant relationships, controlling costs, and maximising property value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections and manage maintenance programs.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate repairs with contractors.
• Act as the main contact for tenants, ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations.
• Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets, controlling costs.
• Oversee rent collection, service charges, and payment processing.
• Maintain accurate lease records and ensure tenant compliance.
• Collaborate with legal teams on lease violations or disputes.

 
Key skills required:

• Must have PSRA license.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Full clean driver’s license and vehicle are required for this role.
