• Oversee day-to-day operations of commercial properties, like maintenance, repairs, and tenant issues.
• Handle leasing agreements, rent collection, and ensuring tenants follow lease terms.
• Manage budgets, property expenses, and coordinate with vendors for services like cleaning or security.

 
Key skills required:

• Must hold a PSRA license.
• Full clean drivers license.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
