Our client, a top residential developer in Ireland, is currently building a range of high-end apartments and large-scale office projects across Dublin. They’re looking to hire a Commercial Administrator to join their busy Commercial team based in Dublin 2.
About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll support the team with purchasing and admin tasks to help keep projects running smoothly. This includes helping to source contractors, consultants, materials, and equipment, as well as managing purchase orders and invoices. You’ll play a key role in keeping everything organised and on track for both in-house and contractor-led projects.

Responsibilities:
Process and manage purchase orders accurately
Help with procurement of design teams, contractors, and suppliers
Support day-to-day commercial admin including invoicing, tracking payments, and documentation
Keep procurement records in line with company procedures
Work closely with other teams like Development and Planning
Maintain up-to-date third-party info and records
Look for ways to improve procurement and admin processes
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Take on more responsibility as you grow in the role
Key skills required:
Previous procurement or admin experience (construction experience a bonus)
Good with numbers and commercial thinking
Experience with purchasing or finance systems is helpful, but training is provided
