The Company
Well established alternative lending firm with a broad client base who are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Business Development Manager to build and grow their strategic relationships across the Irish SME ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and securenew commercial partnerships across financial intermediaries, professional services firms, and industry associations.
Develop and manage a pipeline of active partners, building strong, long-term relationships that drive high-quality SME referrals.
Key Skills Required
Proven track record in a partnerships, business development, or relationship management role – ideally within financial services, fintech, or B2B.
Experience working with or selling to SME audiences or through channel partners (e.g. brokers, accountants, advisors).
Commercial outlook with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
