Job Description:
Our client are seeking an Building Services Engineer / Coordinator to join their team on a prestigious new hotel development in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring coordination between trades, and supporting project delivery to the highest quality standards.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E design and installation across the project lifecycle
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the site team to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor progress against programme and resolve technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Attend coordination meetings and manage technical submissions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E coordination on large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Engineering or construction-related qualification preferred
