Our client is a leading contractor in residential and commercial projects. Due to recent growth, they are looking for a motivated BID & Marketing Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Help prepare and organise documents for bids, making sure everything needed is included and meets the client’s requirements.
• Work with different teams (like project managers, estimators, and designers) to gather information and create a strong proposal.
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure all submissions are on time, while also managing updates and communications with clients.
• Look after the social media channels, website and coordinate company events.

 
Key skills required:

• 1+ year of experience in one of the following roles within the construction sector – BID Coordinator, Document Control, Site Administration.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
